Frank Maroun
Corporate Retirement Plan Operations Manager
Frank joined the Planned Financial Services team in April 2026 as a Corporate Retirement Plan Operations Manager for 401(k) Prosperity®, the firm’s corporate retirement and institutional investment planning division.
In his role, Frank helps support the firm’s retirement plan services, working with plan sponsors on plan management, participant engagement, financial analysis, and operational needs. He brings experience in financial planning, process improvement, and implementing technology designed to strengthen planning workflows.
Before joining 401(k) Prosperity, Frank served as a Senior Financial Planning Specialist at MAI Capital Management, where he developed comprehensive financial plans, collaborated with advisors, and trained team members on financial planning technology and processes. He previously managed outbound operations at an Amazon fulfillment center, leading a team of more than 100 associates.
Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Kent State University and pursued his Master of Business Administration at Bowling Green State University. Outside of work, he enjoys maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle and continuing to deepen his knowledge of the retirement plan industry.
